The Noble Quest is divided into two completely separate quests the normal Walking Expedition and the Motorbike Quest.
The Motorbike Quest takes place once a year. The next one will be in April/May 2010 it will be for 15 days ( don't have the exact dates yet)
Although no fixed itinerary has been agreed on yet it has been suggested that we leave from the UK and
go towards Krakow in southern Poland via the Czech Republic, then drop down through Slovakia and Hungary and Romania and return via Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. In total it will be less than 3000 miles.
Therefore if we do approximately 200 miles a day (very easy to do)
that means we can leave each morning at about 9:30 AM and get to our next intended destination about 2:30 PM having had time to stop for coffees etc along the way.
That gives us time to then explore each new location we arrive at and find appropriate accommodation without being rushed.
We will tend not to use the main motorways but rather stick to the more scenic roads
Although we will be leaving from the south of England people can join us at any point along the route.
It is not expected that any visas will be required as each country is within the EUOn the Motorbike Quest the criteria are that :-

In November 2008 three Intrepid travellers took part on the first Noble Motorbike Quest.
They went down through Spain and spend three weeks exploring Morocco and covered a total of 3500 miles.
The adventurers were
Gerard O'Donovan
George Metcalfe
Gordon Dove
They expected to have three weeks of sun and sea and sand.
What they got was three weeks of snow, hail, blizzard, rain and the most freezing conditions that Morocco had experienced 42 years
Here are some photographs from the trip:
